Morning snack 7/28

* 2 cups of coffee with non-dairy creamer
* 8 oz. Water

Breakfast 7/28

* 12 oz. Water
* 2 cups of coffee with non-dairy creamer
* 2 scrambled eggs
* part of a wheat-free, non-gluten Tortilla.
I say part of because it tasted like a combination of wet cardboard and stale popcorn. Blecch.

Dinner 7/27

* plum
* cup of carrot sticks
* 30 oz. Water
* 3 pieces of hungry Howie’s pepperoni pizza.

And I was doing so well.

Lunch 7/27

* spinach wrap with turkey, Bacon, yellow peppers, lettuce, tomato, and spicy mustard
* pickle spear
* handful of kettle-style potato chips
* 20 oz. Diet Pepsi

Breakfast 7/27

* 2 eggs scrambled

* 2 tortillas

* 12 oz. Water

* 1 hard boiled egg

* 24 oz. Coffee with non-dairy creamer.

Today will be a somewhat less caffeine-infused day. After all that java yesterday I was fairly jittery.
