Lunch 7/29
* 1.5 cups jasmine rice
* 2 scoops eas protein powder with water
* 10 oz. Water
* 1.25 cup chopped carrots
* 1 green plum.( it was very tasty. Sweet, looked like an oversized green grape.)
Dinner 7/28
* bowl of vegetable tortilla soup
* large lemonade
* 16 oz. Water
* 6 oz. Pork steak fresh off the grill
* 2 cups sauteed vegetables
* bite-sized heath bar
* 20 oz. Pepsi Max.
* sleeve of sweet and salty trail mix.
Some of this was actually from mid-afternoon.
